新华社南京1月9日电(记者郑生竹)江苏省消费者权益保护委员会发布的2019年消费投诉分析显示,社交平台直播购物问题频发,成为新型投诉热点。

  近年来,直播带货成为一种新型购物模式,不少消费者选择在快手、抖音等直播平台上购物。据江苏省消保委统计的投诉数据,2019年全省涉及直播购物问题的投诉达到986件,成为新型投诉热点。

  江苏省消保委相关负责人介绍,投诉的问题多集中在产品质量货不对板、卖家毁约不发货或延迟发货、消费者获取经营者及商品信息受限等方面。由于消费纠纷多牵涉异地商家,地区跨度大,消费者举证难,维权成本高。

  江苏省消保委发出消费提示,消费者在社交平台直播购物时,应先了解所购产品质量价格情况,不要相信绝对化用语的广告宣传,不被明显低价所误导。多关注第三方平台及相关经营者资质和信用,理性消费,避免盲目选购、冲动消费,防范低价劣质、高价仿冒等陷阱。
